Dear Belinda and Marc. My Partner and I were stuck knee deep in the rent cycle, always worried about what was going to happen next. Are we going to get kicked out? Are we going to get an inspection? Is the house going to be sold? Always doing things to improve the property, with no satisfaction due to the fact that we weren’t going to benefit from the improvements in the long run. I estimate we would have spent $52,000 on rent in the last 6 years! That’s 1/3 of a home paid off and we don’t even get to keep it!

Our biggest problem with getting out of the cycle was traditional lenders would not lend us money, due to the fact that I am only an average income earner and my partner is on parenting benefits, we have three kids, and were lacking a deposit. The banks just kept saying NO! NO! NO! *FRUSTRATING to the MAX*…

That’s until we seen a few “WE BUY SELL RENT” signs getting around in our area. Out of options, we agreed to give the number a call on the sign to see what it was all about. 5 minutes worth of phone call and we heard, “Congratulations! Looks like we can help!” *Relief!*

Belinda and Marc got on the job strait away, within a week they had found us a home to call *Our Own!*, organized the finance, helped us out with our deposit problems organized all the legal rigmarole and kept us up to date making sure we felt like we were involved in the whole process. *WHY CANT BANKS MAKE IT THIS EASY???*.

Soon enough and sure enough, we were handed the keys to *OUR OWNHOME!* a place we can call *OURS* a place we can do up and reap the*BENEFITS* a place were all our hard earned money stays *OURS*.And, being first home owners with questions doing everything for the first time, Belinda and Marc are always there, even now we own the house, they are only a phone call away to help us out!

If it wasn’t for Belinda and Marc we would still be stuck up S**T CREEK without a paddle!
