"We Buy Sell Rent" is a family owned business that has specialised in property since the early 2000’s.  Belinda and Marc work with everyday families to provide creative home ownership solutions by offering specialised one-to-one personalised services to buyers and sellers.

We Buy Sell Rent.com.au has a number of creative solutions that can be tailored to any residential property situation.  Belinda and Marc think outside the square, allowing them to help more and more people.  They are not real estate agents… they are experienced and highly skilled property investors that provide real solutions for families across Australia.  

Majority of their buyers & sellers come from referrals, which shows that the services they provide are of a high quality that surround open, transparent and honest working relationships.  They strictly adhere to the consumer credit code, they are members of the Vendor Finance Ascosiation, and pride themselves in their integrity.  They genuinely understand how stressful the home buying and home selling process is… so they put themselves in your shoes, to provide stress-free simple and easy solutions.  

Marc’s background was in the construction industry, and Belinda was a project manager in the health, safety and fitness industry.  While they both enjoyed their jobs, when they commenced work in the property industry, they were both were excited by the old-fashioned creative finance methods they have available today, to help almost any family with home ownership.  This became a very rewarding process for them, so they made this their mission to help as many people as possible.  Marc and Belinda are very passionate about providing real solutions, ensuring you get the best possible service available, and service with a smile!  

Marc works mainly with the sellers, by buying their home or investment property for fair market value, no matter what condition or location.  As there are no real estate agents involved, the owner does not need to pay real estate fees or commissions, and they do not have the hassle of having their home on show 24/7 for unqualified buyers that agents bring through at strange hours.  

Belinda then helps out people who can not get traditional bank finance by providing them the opportunity to own the homes Marc has.  Belinda has many creative methods available to help families own their own home, even when the banks say no, giving them a second chance.
